I’ve been meaning to write this letter for some time now. I want to sincerely thank you for all of the help you have been able to provide to my clients since I started working with you last summer.
One couple in particular stands out, and I would like to share their story with you. This young couple started working with their realtor two years ago, wanting to buy a home for their growing family. Their realtor had been giving them advice on how to take care of some past credit issues so that they would not have to purchase a home with a sub-prime loan.
